UBC – questions and answers
Which UBC grades do you buy and sell?
We trade UBC in grades from 70/30 to 98/2, i.e. 70–98 % aluminium with the rest being contaminants (plastic, steel, moisture, dirt). The price depends mainly on purity, form and quantity.
In what form can you take UBC?
Baled, loose, shredded or briquetted. We assess material according to EN 13920-10 and ISRI specifications (Taldon, Taldack, Taldork, Talc).
What is the minimum quantity?
A full truckload is ideal. Smaller lots or regular monthly deliveries can be discussed individually – tell us how much material you have or need.
Which countries do you work in?
We have suppliers and off-takers in France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Austria, Poland and Italy. We arrange cross-border transport including documentation (Annex VII).
